  1. Research the data – Figure out what the customers care about the most
  2. Set up the marketing plan – Devise a program plan based on the data to provide the best possible service to your customers
  3. Build a brand – Set up a platform where you want to share your message
  4. Test the product – Find out what works and what doesn’t work for your brand
  5. Launch the marketing campaign – Run it where your audience is
